There are two way to book directly from our website:

  1. From the home page:
    - Select the desired dates, number of apartments and guests.
    - Press "Book Now" and fill out the reservation form making sure to select the diserd apartment, price type and payment method.

  2. Directly from the selected apartment page:
    -
    Select the desired dates and number of guests and forllow the same steps as above.

Once the reservation process is completed, you will receive a confirmation on youe email.

We require at least one guest to be over the age of 18.

Cancellation Policy (Aplicable only if refundable price type is selected during reservation):

1. Cancellation by the Guest is permitted under the following conditions:

- 11 or more days before check-in: Full refund of the amount paid.
- 9 to 4 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- 3 days or less before check-in: No refund will be issued.

2. All reservations are valid until 23:59 on the check-in date. If the guest does not arrive, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued for the amount paid.

3. Guests expecting to arrive late must notify "MDG Properties" LTD in advance to potentially extend the validity of their reservation.

4. Pursuant to Article 116 of the Tourism Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, "MDG Properties" LTD is obligated to collect and provide personal data of each guest (primary or otherwise) to the Unified Tourist Information System (UTIS). In the event of refusal by the guest to provide all required data, "MDG Properties" LTD reserves the right to cancel the reservation and, at its discretion, may (but is not obligated to) refund part or all of the amount paid.

5. "MDG Properties" LTD reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the guest fails to pay the full amount due within 3 days of the reservation creation date when "Bank Transfer" is selected as the payment option.

6. "MDG Properties" LTD reserves the right to cancel any reservation for valid reasons, including force majeure and/or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. In such cases, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded. "MDG Properties" LTD is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest related to the reservation.

7. In the event of a reservation cancellation resulting in a full or partial refund of the amount paid by the Guest, "MDG Properties" LTD will refund the amount using a payment method equivalent to the one used by the Guest.

Your comfort and peace of mind during your stay are our top priority. That’s why we offer the option to request a baby crib, both during the booking process and afterward. The service fee is fixed at 40 BGN, regardless of the number of nights you reserve."

Included in your price:

- A worry-free stay in your chosen apartment.
- Unlimited access to the resort's swimming pools.
- Complimentary use of sunbeds and parasols across the resort.
- Access to a children's play area.
- Professional animation activities for children.

Accessing our apartments is extremely easy.

One day before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions on how to find and access your apartment. 

We offer two payment methods.

  1. Via Bank Transfer to our bank account, details for which you will receive in your booking confirmation email.
  2. Via virtual POS terminal, where you can use debit/credit card or Apple Pay/Googpe Pay.

At the time of reservation, If there are more than 20 days from the check-in date, you will be required to pay only 50% of the total sum regardless of the selected payment method. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 15 days before your arrival.
